Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail (excludes weekends and UK public holidays). UK customers are entitled to free tracked and insured delivery (1-3 days) with their order. Tracked and insured postal services are also included for orders within the European Union. Any alternatively available postal services and pricing will be offered to the customer during the checkout process. Standard delivery times for International orders can vary from 3-7 days, assuming no delays caused by the courier service. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Any/all customs/import fees that are incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Alternatively, please contact us with any special requirements that you may have prior to placing your order.

Standard International delivery is currently available to all countries within the European Union. We are currently unable to deliver some items to countries outside of the EU in order to comply with CITES regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to refund or exchange your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. All products, including all related accessories, instruction/care booklets, tags, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes/packaging, must be returned in perfect, unused and resaleable condition. All delivery and return delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is found to be at fault. It is strongly advised to the customer to use a trackable and fully insured return delivery service in order to cover any loss or damage during the return postage process. The customer will need to keep hold of the tracking documentation until your refund/exchange has been completed. We will not refund any orders that have have gone missing or sustained damage during this returns process. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

To arrange a return or exchange please email your name, order number and reason for returning/exchanging your item(s) to returns@joshhayes.co.uk to obtain your unique returns reference number and returns address details.

For faulty goods outside of our return policy, please email returns@joshhayes.co.uk for assistance. Please note that such returns may be accepted at our discretion. If approved, any refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.
